With me, every member of the family is included in the decision making process - even the furry ones!
Outside of work, my love for animals is central to my life and I spend much of my free time exploring Vancouver’s beaches and parks with my two rescue dogs.

I begin with a one-on-one consultation to discuss your real estate goals, whether buying or selling. This is where we have an honest conversation and learn about one another.
2. Collaborating
I then provide a comprehensive market analysis to ensure you have a clear understanding of the process, the current market trends, your property's approximate value, and how we'll work together towards a successful purchase or sale.
3. Strategizing
For buyers, I arrange personalized property showings that match your criteria. For sellers, I prepare your home for showings, ensuring it appeals to potential buyers.
4. Offers & Negotiations
I handle all the paperwork and negotiations, and provide referrals to Home Inspectors, Lawyers or whatever you need to make sure your interests are protected from start to finish.
